These pages are for our friends and family who have not (so far) been treated to several hours of video and many hundreds of snap shots. This is not a detailed diary, but it does include a selection of pictures that we have taken ourselves or that have been sent to us.
In recent years we have preferred the video camera to snaps so some of our activities have to remain unreported on these pages. Perhaps we can use video clips or captured stills when our technology has improved a little.

Liz and Bill live in the West Midlands. We both retired in 1999 and are trying to do some of the things that the constraints of a working life in industry and commerce prohibit. |

Son Nick, pictured here with fiancée Annalie, has just moved house on the South Coast. Nick works for the UK arm of an American Software company and Annalie has a Hi Tech job in the drinks retail industry. |
Son Chris, shown here outside his West Midlands home, is a Manager in a major supermarket chain. |

All of us have tried archery. As a Junior Nick shot to a very high standard and on the basis that 'those who can do - those who can't teach' - Bill used to coach it. The summer brings an opportunity to exercise the Long Bow. |

The 100th anniversary of the Hereford Round was celebrated in style. We had visitors from many parts of the UK and some from abroad; many attempted period dress. Amongst other exciting things, we discovered that theatrical costume hire companies do not cater well for those of us of generous proportions. |
